Stearic acid - 4%;
Palmitic acid- 10%.

·              Moistureand volatile matter content - not more than 0, 2%;
Acid number - no more than 1, 5mg КОН/g;
Color number - no more than 70mg of iodine;
Mass fraction of non-fat mixtures- no;

Peroxide value - no morethan 5, 0 mmol/kg.
